1984 - Sergey Lipsky graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute (MARCHI – MARCHI Architectural Academy).
1987 - laureate of the international competition "Japanese house today. Shinkenchiku Residential Design Competition 1987", Japan – bronze medal
1987 - laureate of the international competition "Playhouse in Amsterdam. OISTAT", the Netherlands – An honorary award.
1989-1998 Serge Lipsky intensively engaged in furniture and graphic design in the Art Design style. His objects are in the collections of museums and private collections in Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Italy and Denmark. 1991/09/21 - 1991/10/03 personal exibition of atr objects: CHAIR – SERGE LIPSKY DESIGN in UBOK gallery, Prague
2000 - Serge Lipsky created the design of the anniversary collection of chairs "Bernkop 2000" for the furniture company "L.A. BERNKOP 1883 a.s.". In 2001, the chair model "Lady Bernkop" received the highest rating at the Milan Furniture Exhibition (Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano 2001), Italy.
2001 - Serge Lipsky, together with Yuri Konik, designed the largest nightclub in Moscow at that time - Club B2. Club B2 rated by the Government of Moscow and the Union of Architects of Moscow as the best realized interior of the year.
2002-2022 he designed and built a number of fashionable private residences, residential and commercial complexes.
2011 - the architect was awarded the Medal of Honor of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Russia for the design of a new Synagogue building in Malakhovka, which was inaugurated in the same year.
2021 - the VILLA by VIADUCT near Prague, Czech Republic, built by Serge Lipsky, was included in the catalog of the auction house Sotheby’s - Sotheby’s International Realty
